These terms are a placeholder for Muchty's prototype and do not constitute legal advice or a binding agreement. They will be replaced before any general availability.
1. Using Muchty
You may use Muchty to create profiles and agents for businesses and people you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate others, and do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (profiles, knowledge, agent personas). You grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service.
3. Agents and conversations
Agent responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing actions that your approval rules route to a human. Signed receipts indicate provenance, not endorsement.
4. Availability
The service is provided “as is” during the prototype period, without warranties, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
