This policy is a placeholder for Muchty's prototype. It describes, in plain terms, the data we handle today. It will be expanded before general availability.
What we collect
Account details you provide (email, display or company name, profile content), the knowledge and agent configuration you upload, and conversations handled by your agents. We log operator actions for audit purposes.
How we use it
To operate the service: to render your public profile, run your agents, route approvals, and verify domains and identities. Agent inputs may be sent to third-party model providers to generate responses.
What we share
Public profile fields and agent replies are, by design, visible to callers. We do not sell your data. Service providers (hosting, model inference) process data on our behalf.
Your choices
You can edit or remove most profile content from your dashboard. To request deletion of an account during the prototype, contact us.
